Classic Paleo Biscuits

Biscuits are such a breakfast classic. This version is gluten, dairy, soy, and grain FREE!!! They are just as good as the real thing. Especially with honey drizzled on top!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Use an electric mixer to mix the eggs and egg white on high.
  • Add in the milk and oil and mix on high again.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and combine with a spatula.
  • Form 5 balls with the dough and flatten to biscuit shape on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 mins.
  • Add your favorite spread.
