Almond Butter Granola

This granola recipe is so easy! It is soft and can be left chunky or broken into a smaller granola! You can also customize it to your liking. If you like things sweet, add some sugar. If you are trying to increase your fiber (like me), add in the flax and chia seeds.

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds *Optional
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds *Optional
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds *Optional
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Almond Butter *Could use another Nut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Date Syrup *Can use Other Liquid Sweetener like Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat Oven to 325F
  • Combine Dry Ingredients in a Bowl
  • Combine Wet in another Bowl
  • Add the Two Bowls Together
  • Spread Granola onto Parchment Lined Baking Sheet
  • Bake for 21-22 Minutes
  • Let Cool then Break into Pieces


Store in an air-tight container!
