Paleo Pancakes

Everyone loves pancakes. And everyone will LOVE this healthier version!

These are made with Almond Flour and a few other cooking essentials that everyone should have.

I used Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract and the flavor was AMAZING.

Basic Paleo Pancakes

Total Time 15 mins
Servings 6 Pancakes


  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix.
  • Add in all ingredients and stir well.
  • Heat a skillet with coconut oil on medium heat.
  • Use a 1/4 measuring cup to spoon batter into skillet.
  • Flip pancakes once you see bubbles form in the pancakes.
  • Top with whatever you want like chocolate chips, berries, whipped cream, and honey!
