Everyone loves pancakes. And everyone will LOVE this healthier version!
These are made with Almond Flour and a few other cooking essentials that everyone should have.
I used Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract and the flavor was AMAZING.
Basic Paleo Pancakes
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix.
- Add in all ingredients and stir well.
- Heat a skillet with coconut oil on medium heat.
- Use a 1/4 measuring cup to spoon batter into skillet.
- Flip pancakes once you see bubbles form in the pancakes.
- Top with whatever you want like chocolate chips, berries, whipped cream, and honey!
