Chocolate PB Cake Bites
Move over Reeces… theres a new chocolate peanut butter show stopper in town. These cake balls are wayyy healthier and dare I say tastier than the classic Reeces PB cup.

Chocolate PB Cake Bites
Ingredients
DRY
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
WET
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
PB FILLING
- 3 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter Ingredients in your peanut butter should be just peanuts or peanuts and salt.
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 280F or oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until all combined.
- In a separate bowl, add all ingredients for the PB filling and mix.
- Form dime-sized balls with the PB filling mixture and set aside.
- Scoop out about 2 inches of chocolate cake mix and flatten in your hands.
- Add PB filling ball into the cake mix and roll it up.
- Place in a single layer in your air fryer or on a lined cookie sheet if using oven.
- Bake for 12 mins in air fryer or 14 mins in the oven.
- Let cool, drizzle with peanut butter, then enjoy!
