Chocolate Chip Cookies

These bad boys are low carb, gluten free, dairy free, and paleo approved.


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips/chopped bar
  • dash of vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt
  • optional: 1 scoop of FurtherFood collagen peptides for added protein


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk coconut flour, collagen, and salt together
  3. Add in all remaining ingredients except chocolate and whisk until combined
  4. Stir in chocolate
  5. Spoon batter onto a lined cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 12 mins
