Berry Baked Oatmeal


Baked oats are even better than stovetop or microwave oats in my opinion. The top gets golden brown and the oats have the perfect texture!! You can add whatever toppings you can think of, but berries are a classic add-in that you can’t go wrong with!

Berry Baked Oatmeal

Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 35 mins
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mash banana in a medium bowl.
  • Mix in everything except oats and berries until well combined.
  • Add in oats and berries.
  • Add mix to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins.
